Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • Important: Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted only if the product is in its original, sealed, unused, and unopened condition.
  • You must notify us of your intent to exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products that are opened, used, tampered with, or have broken seals are not eligible for exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery and are subject to a 10% restocking fee if a refund is requested.
  • The restocking fee may be waived if the return is processed for store credit in the form of a gift card, which can be used both online and in-store.
  • To qualify for a return/refund, the item must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original condition.
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Include your order number, the reason for return/exchange, and photos if applicable.
  3. We will respond with return instructions and the return address.
