xIt’s in the dark that Red catches fire for the first time. The fruit of a night. At the counter, the crystal of clinking glasses is tinged with selected spirits. SORA DORA celebrates its one year anniversary that evening.
The olfactory idea has already been thought up; the chords have yet to be composed. Against the backdrop of the club’s heady music, the outlines of a major juice are sketched out in three beats: bergamot, jasmine and sandalwood. Off-line, Red is reserved for the initiated.

Shipping Policy
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- Important: Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted only if the product is in its original, sealed, unused, and unopened condition.
- You must notify us of your intent to exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products that are opened, used, tampered with, or have broken seals are not eligible for exchange.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery and are subject to a 10% restocking fee if a refund is requested.
- The restocking fee may be waived if the return is processed for store credit in the form of a gift card, which can be used both online and in-store.
- To qualify for a return/refund, the item must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original condition.
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Include your order number, the reason for return/exchange, and photos if applicable.
- We will respond with return instructions and the return address.
